Therefore, an amount of waste can be quickly and accurately reduced, and at the same time, a uranium to oxygen ratio of a solid sample can be effectively measured. 본 발명은 우라늄-산소비 측정 장치 및 측정 방법에 관한 것으로, 이산화 우라늄 시료의 전처리 없이, 시료의 적어도 일부를 용해하고, 시료 중 일부만을 채취하여 액체광도파모세관셀 내에서 흡광도를 측정함으로써 신속하고 정확하게 폐기물의 양을 줄이면서 효율적으로 고체 시료의 우라늄-산소비의 측정이 가능하다.
