Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a manufacturing device of a dash pad for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a method for bonding an ultra superfine fiber absorbing material to an attached object. More specifically, the present invention relates to the manufacturing device of a dash pad for a vehicle and the manufacturing method thereof bond an ultra superfine fiber absorbing material to an attached object by using latent heat of a pre-heated attached object, thereby improving a weight reducing effect, a sound absorbing effect and a sound blocking effect. 본 발명은 차량용 대쉬 패드의 제조 장치 및 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 피착물에 초극세사 흡음재를 접합하는 방식에 관한 것이다. 보다 더 구체적으로 본 발명은, 예열된 피착물의 잠열을 이용하여 초극세사 흡음재와 피착물을 접착시킴으로써 중량 저감, 흡음 및 차음 효과가 향상된 차량용 대쉬 패드의 제조 장치 및 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
