Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a composition containing long-lasting erythropoietin and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an EPO-Fc fusion protein composition and a manufacturing method thereof. The EPO-Fc fusion protein composition has an excellent long-lasting feature and high purity by including sialic acid of EPO-Fc and host cell protein impurities wherein a content of the sialic acid of EPO-Fc is 17 mol/mol or more and the host cell protein impurities are 100 ng/mg or less. 본 발명은 지속형 에리트로포이에틴 함유 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 EPO-Fc의 시알릭산 함량이 17 mol/mol 이상이고, 숙주세포 유래 단백질(HCP) 불순물이 100 ng/mg 이하로 포함됨으로써 생체 내 지속성이 우수하고 순도가 높은 EPO-Fc 융합 단백질 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
