Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a metal catalytic composition for decomposing high-concentrated hydrogen peroxide. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a metal catalytic composition for decomposing high-concentrated hydrogen peroxide which comprises the following steps: a step for manufacturing a mixture by dissolving a manganese compound, an aluminum compound and a lanthanum precursor in a certain solvent; a step for precipitating catalysts in a powder form in the mixture, and drying the precipitated catalysts in the powder form; a step for calcining the catalysts in the powder form at a temperature of 400-800°C; a step for mixing a binder solution and methylcellulose with the catalysts in the powder form, and manufacturing a mold body by forming in a predetermined shape; and a step for calcining the mold body at a temperature of 400-800°C. According to the present invention, the catalyst activity and lifetime can be enhanced over conventional catalysts in hydrogen peroxide decomposition.
본 발명은 고농도의 과산화수소 분해용 금속 촉매 조성물 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 망간 화합물, 알루미늄 화합물 및 라타늄 전구체를 소정 용매에 용해시켜 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 혼합물로부터 분말 형태의 촉매를 침전시키고, 침전된 분말 형태의 촉매를 건조시키는 단계, 상기 분말 형태의 촉매를 400 내지 800℃의 온도에서 소성시키는 단계, 상기 분말 형태의 촉매에 바인더 용액 및 메틸셀룰로오스를 혼합하고, 소정 형태로 성형하여 성형체를 제조하는 단계 및 상기 성형체를 400 내지 800℃의 온도에서 소성시키는 단계를 포함하는 고농도 과산화수소 분해용 금속 촉매 조성물의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 과산화수소 분해 시 기존 촉매보다 촉매의 활성 및 수명이 개선될 수 있다. |
