Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for screening a hepatocellular carcinoma treating agent targeting p110δ PI3K using AKT, phosphor GSK3 beta, and beta-catenin as a marker of a screening method. The present invention can effectively screen the hepatocellular carcinoma treating agent targeting p110δ PI3K using the method, especially, an advanced hepatocellular carcinoma treating agent. The method for screening a hepatocellular carcinoma treating agent includes the steps of: providing a hepatocellular carcinoma; processing a test material; measuring one or more of PI3K activity, phospho-AKT activity, phospho-GSK3 beta, and beta-catenin density; and selecting the test material as a treatment candidate material of the hepatocellular carcinoma. 본원은 AKT, 포스포 GSK3베타, 및 베타-카테닌을 스크리닝 방법의 마커로 이용한, p110δ PI3K를 표적으로 하는 간세포암 치료제를 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 방법을 이용하여 p110δ PI3K를 표적으로 하는 간세포암 치료제, 특히 진행성 간세포암의 치료제를 효과적으로 스크리닝 할 수 있다.
