Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for screening a hepatocellular carcinoma treating agent targeting p110δ PI3K using AKT, phosphor GSK3 beta, and beta-catenin as a marker of a screening method. The present invention can effectively screen the hepatocellular carcinoma treating agent targeting p110δ PI3K using the method, especially, an advanced hepatocellular carcinoma treating agent. The method for screening a hepatocellular carcinoma treating agent includes the steps of: providing a hepatocellular carcinoma; processing a test material; measuring one or more of PI3K activity, phospho-AKT activity, phospho-GSK3 beta, and beta-catenin density; and selecting the test material as a treatment candidate material of the hepatocellular carcinoma.
