Zusammenfassung:	A solar battery panel and a window with the same are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the solar battery panel comprises: a light scattering unit configured to scatter incident light; a light collecting unit prepared to be laminated in a lower portion of the light scattering unit wherein a convex cavity is formed on a surface opposite to a surface facing the light scattering unit in a light scattering unit direction so as to allow light, transmitted through the light scattering unit, to be reflected and collected on a side portion; and a plurality of solar battery cells prepared on a side surface of the light collecting unit, arranged along the side surface of the light collecting unit and electrically connected to each other. 태양전지 패널 및 이를 구비한 창호가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 태양전지 패널은 입사된 빛을 산란시키는 광산란부; 광산란부의 하부에 적층되게 마련되되, 광산란부를 투과한 빛이 반사되어 측부로 집광되도록 광산란부에 대향되는 면의 반대면에 광산란부 방향으로 볼록한 공동(cavity)이 형성된 광집광부; 및 광집광부의 측면에 마련되되, 광집광부의 측면을 따라 배치되고 전기적으로 연결된 복수의 태양전지 셀을 구비한 태양전지 셀 어레이를 포함한다.
