Zusammenfassung:	A compressor and a clothes treatment device including the same according to the present invention includes: a casing; a compression portion installed in an internal space of the casing and configured to compress a refrigerant by receiving driving force of a driving portion; a rotary shaft connecting the driving portion and the compression portion so as to transmit the driving force of the driving portion to the compression portion, wherein the rotary shaft has an oil passage formed therein; an oil cap having a predetermined oil accommodation space for accommodating the rotary shaft, and coupled to the compression portion; and an oil pipe having one end communicating with the internal space of the casing, and the other end connected to the oil accommodation space of the oil cap at a height at least partially overlapping the oil passage of the rotary shaft. 본 발명에 의한 압축기 및 이를 구비한 의류처리장치는, 케이싱; 상기 케이싱의 내부공간에 설치되어 전동부의 구동력을 전달받아 냉매를 압축하는 압축부; 상기 전동부와 압축부 사이를 연결하여 상기 전동부의 구동력을 상기 압축부에 전달하며 오일유로가 형성되는 회전축; 상기 회전축을 수용하도록 소정의 오일수용공간이 구비되어 상기 압축부에 결합되는 오일캡; 및 일단은 상기 케이싱의 내부공간에 연통되고, 타단은 상기 회전축의 오일유로와 적어도 일부가 중첩되는 높이에서 상기 오일캡의 오일수용공간에 연통되도록 결합되는 오일파이프;를 포함하는 압축기 및 이를 구비한 의류처리장치가 제공된다.
