The present invention relates to a compact container having a complex open structure of a screw and a hinge, and more specifically, in the compact container, a cap member is screwed on the upper part of the container, and the cap member is opened by a pivoting member in the up-down rotation operation after the screw is loosened, wherein the pivoting member flexibly operates up and down by a flexible part without securing a space for moving up and down when the screwing and tightening operation of the cap member is performed to form the overall height of the cap member to a minimum size, so that a problem that the height of the cap member is unavoidably formed in a large size due to the securing of the space for moving up and down of a conventional pivoting member is solved to form the overall height of the cap member to the minimum size, thereby improving the appearance of the container and the merchantability in an excellent manner. 본 발명은 나사 및 힌지의 복합 개방 구조를 갖는 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 용기 상부에 캡 부재를 나사 결합하여 캡 부재를 나사 풀림 후 회동 부재에 의해 상하 회전 작동으로 개방하되, 상기 회동 부재는 캡 부재의 나사 풀림 및 조임 작동시 상하 이동 공간 확보 없이 신축부에 의해 상하 신축 작동하도록 하므로 캡 부재의 전체 높낮이를 최소 사이즈로 형성할 수 있어 종래 회동 부재의 상하 이동 공간의 확보로 인해 캡 부재의 높낮이를 큰 사이즈로 형성할 수 밖에 없는 문제를 개선하여서 캡 부재의 전체 높낮이를 최소 사이즈로 형성하므로 용기의 미관은 물론 상품성을 우수하게 개선하도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.
