Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an aeration tank and a waste water treatment apparatus having the same, and more particularly, relates to an aeration tank including a partition wall unit installed inside an aeration tank main body to move water to be treated flowing into the aeration tank main body in a zigzag form and make the water to be treated to stay inside the aeration tank main body for longer time, thereby greatly improving the purification efficiency of the treated water. 본 발명은 폭기조 및 이를 구비한 오폐수 처리장치에 관한 것으로서, 폭기조본체의 내부에 구비되는 구획벽부를 통해 폭기조본체의 내부로 유입되는 처리수가 지그재그로 이동하면서 상기 폭기조본체의 내부에 보다 오랜시간동안 체류할 수 있게 되어 처리수의 정화효율이 크게 향상될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
