The method of producing eudesmol according to the present invention has an advantage of efficiently mass-producing eudesmol from mycelial cultures of Polyporus brumalis. 본 발명은 마그네슘을 포함하고, 인을 포함하지 않는 제한 배지에서 겨울우산버섯을 배양함으로써, 유데스몰을 고수율로 대량 생산할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 유데스몰의 생산방법은 겨울우산버섯의 균사 배양액으로부터 유데스몰을 효율적으로 대량 생산할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
