Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a multilamellar vesicle containing retinol. More specifically, the present invention relates to a multilamellar vesicle containing retinol, composed of: (1) retinol-containing nanoemulsion consisting of retinol, hydrogenated lecithin, phytosteryl macadamiate, middle chain triglyceride, and water; (2) double layered hydroxide; (3) phosphatidylcholine; (4) hexanediol; (5) glycerin; (6) middle chain triglyceride; and (7) water. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. In addition, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing the multilamellar vesicle containing retinol. 본 발명은 레티놀 함유 멀티라멜라 소포에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 1) 레티놀, 하이드로제네이티드 레시틴, 피토스테릴 마카다미에이트, 중쇄 트리글리세라이드 및 물을 포함하는 레티놀 함유 나노에멀젼; 2) 층상 이중 수산화물; 3) 포스파티딜콜린; 4) 헥산디올; 5) 글리세린; 6) 중쇄 트리글리세라이드; 및 7) 물을 포함하는 레티놀 함유 멀티라멜라 소포 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 레티놀 함유 멀티라멜라 소포를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
