System for preventing refuel of wrong oil and method thereof

The present invention relates to a system for preventing mixed oil and a method for preventing mixed oil by a mixed oil prevention system. The mixed oil prevention system according to some embodiments of the present invention comprises: at least one filming apparatus installed in one location of a gas station and filming a vehicle inside the gas station; an analyzing apparatus analyzing an image filmed by the filming apparatus and distinguishing a type of the oil that is being refueled to the vehicle; and a control apparatus controlling a lubricator including a refueling nozzle corresponding to at least one fuel type and a refueling nozzle corresponding to a second fuel type that is different from the first fuel type, wherein a fuel type setting of the lubricator is controlled such that a refueling nozzle corresponding to the distinguished oil type is able to refuel the vehicle. 혼유 방지를 위한 시스템 및 혼유 방지시스템에 의한 혼유 방지방법이 제공된다. 일부 실시 예에 따른 혼유 방지 시스템은, 주유소의 일 위치에 설치되어 상기 주유소 내 차량을 촬영하는 적어도 하나의 촬영장치, 상기 촬영장치에서 촬영된 이미지를 분석하여 상기 차량에 주유되는 유종을 식별하는 분석장치, 및 적어도 제 1 유종에 상응하는 주유노즐과 상기 제 1 유종과 상이한 유종인 제 2 유종에 상응하는 주유노즐을 구비하는 주유기를 제어하되, 상기 식별된 유종에 상응하는 주유노즐에 의해 상기 차량으로의 주유가 가능하도록 상기 주유기의 유종 설정을 제어하는 제어장치를 포함한다.
