System and method for automatically controlling opening degree of sunroof in vehicle

The present invention relates to a system and method for automatically controlling an opening degree of a sunroof in a vehicle. According to the present invention, the method for automatically controlling an opening degree of a sunroof in a vehicle comprises the following steps of: comparing a current position of a sunroof with input signal information by a position comparison unit when a signal is input through a user switch input unit as an operation switch is operated by a user; determining an operation logic for operating the sunroof in a preset operation mode by a logic determination unit based on a comparison result; recognizing and determining a user pattern with respect to an opening degree of the sunroof by a user pattern recognition and determination unit, based on the comparison result; and transmitting a driving signal for moving the sunroof to a position corresponding to the user pattern by a position control and user pattern driving unit based on the operation logic determined by the logic determination unit and the user pattern determined by the user pattern recognition and determination unit. According to the present invention, a control unit of a sunroof unit of a vehicle automatically controls an opening degree of a sunroof by using a previous use pattern analysis result of a user to move the sunroof to a corresponding position desired by the user, and thus it is possible to eliminate inconvenience that the user needs to operate a sunroof switch every time when driving. 본 발명은 차량의 선루프 열림량 자동 제어 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 차량의 선루프 열림량 자동 제어 방법은, 사용자에 의해 조작 스위치가 조작됨에 따라 사용자 스위치 입력부를 거쳐 신호가 입력될 시, 위치 비교부에 의해 선루프의 현재의 위치와 입력 신호 정보를 비교하는 단계; 비교 결과를 바탕으로 로직 판단부에 의해 선루프를 미리 설정된 동작 모드로 동작시키기 위한 동작 로직을 판단하는 단계; 상기 비교 결과를 바탕으로 사용자 패턴 인식 및 판단부에 의해 선루프 열림량에 대한 사용자의 패턴을 인식 및 판단하는 단계; 및 로직 판단부에 의해 판단된 동작 로직과 사용자 패턴 인식 및 판단부에 의해 판단된 사용자의 패턴을 바탕으로, 위치 제어 및 사용자 패턴 구동부에 의해 사용자의 패턴에 대응하는 위치로 선루프를 이동시키기 위한 구동신호를 송출하는 단계를 포함한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 차량의 선루프 유니트의 제어부가 사용자의 이전 사용 패턴 분석 결과를 이용하여 선루프의 열림량을 자동으로 제어하여 선루프를 사용자가 원하는 해당 위치로 이동시켜 줌으로써, 사용자가 운전중에 선루프 스위치를 매번 조작해야 하는 불편을 해소할 수 있다.
