Zusammenfassung:The present application relates to a composition for detecting gefitinib-resistant non-small cell lung cancer comprising a SerpinB2 biomarker-detecting reagent. In the present application, it was discovered that the biomarker has low expression level in non-small cell lung cancer cells having developed resistance to gefitinib, and thus the gefitinib-resistant non-small cell lung cancer can be detected by using the biomarker, as well as the SerpinB2 biomarker can be beneficially utilized in the development of gefitinib-resistant non-small cell lung cancer. In addition, the present application relates to a composition for inhibiting metastasis of gefitinib-resistant non-small cell lung cancer comprising a SerpinB2 upregulator, which inhibits cancer metastasis by decreasing invasiveness and length of invadopodia-like structures through an increase in SerpinB2 expression, and since a daphnane diterpenoid-based compound, yuanhuadine or yuanhuacine, increases the SerpinB2 expression, the composition is effective for inhibiting cancer metastasis. 본원은 SerpinB2 바이오마커의 검출시약을 포함하는 제피티닙(gefitinib) 내성 비소세포 폐암 진단용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본원에서 상기 바이오마커는 제피티닙에 내성이 생긴 비소세포폐암 세포에서 발현이 낮다는 것을 밝혀 상기 바이오마커를 이용하여 제피티닙 내성 비소세포 폐암을 진단할 뿐만 아니라 또한 상기 SerpinB2 바이오마커를 제피티닙 내성 비소세포 폐암용 항암제 개발에 유용하게 활용할 수 있다. 또한 본원은 SerpinB2 발현 증가제를 포함하는 제피티닙 내성 비소세포 폐암 전이 억제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, SerpinB2 발현 증가에 의해 침윤성 및 invadopodia 유사 구조의 길이를 감소시켜 암 전이를 억제할 수 있음을 개시하고, 다프난 다이터페노이드계 화합물인 유안후아딘 또는 유안후아신이 상기 SerpinB2 발현을 증가시키므로 암 전이 억제에 유효하다.
