| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a fermented Dendropanax morbifera extract as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition having an anti-inflammatory or whitening effect containing a fermented Dendropanax morbifera extract as an active ingredient, cosmetics comprising the same, a method for manufacturing a fermented Dendropanax morbifera extract and a fermented Dendropanax morbifera liquid. A novel cosmetic composition of the present invention has low cytotoxicity, can effectively inhibit inflammation and inhibits melanin formation.
