Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system for treating wastewater and managing discharge water with improved performance, which comprises: a first step of mixing and reacting introduced wastewater and discharge water with microorganisms in a culture tank in which a biological treatment is performed; a second step of introducing a coagulant to induce sediment of waste; and a third step of processing a filtering ball to induce a reduction of chemical oxygen demand (COD). According to the present invention, Bacillus subtilis DB9011 strain (microorganism accession no. FERM BP-3418), Bacillus licheniformis strain (microorganism accession no. KCCM-11118P), and Bacillus polyfermenus strain (microorganism accession no. KCCM-10104) are used to perform more rapid purification. In addition, the coagulant introducing step is included to have a high treatment efficiency, and to have an excellent odor removal effect. Furthermore, the filtering ball having the Bacillus subtilis DB9011 strain, the Bacillus licheniformis strain, and the Bacillus polyfermenus strain is introduced, thereby remarkably reducing the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, and organic matter in an eco-friendly manner. 본 발명은 유입되는 폐수 및 배출수를 생물학적 처리되는 배양조에서 미생물과 혼합 및 반응시키는 제 1단계; 응집제를 투입하여 폐기물의 침하를 유도하는 제 2단계; 및 여과볼을 처리하여 화학적 산소요구량(COD)의 저감을 유도하는 제 3단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성능이 개선된 폐수 처리 및 배출수 관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 바실러스 서브틸리스 DB9011(DB9011) 균주(미생물 수탁번호 FERM BP-3418), 바실러스 리케니포미스() 균주(미생물 수탁번호 KCCM-11118P) 및 바실러스 폴리퍼멘티쿠스() 균주(미생물 수탁번호 KCCM-10104)를 이용하여 보다 빠른 정화 작용이 가능하며, 응집제 투입단계를 포함하여 처리효율이 높고, 동시에 탁월한 악취제거 효과를 가질 뿐만 아니라, 바실러스 서브틸리스 DB9011 균주, 바실러스 리케니포미스 균주 및 바실러스 폴리퍼멘티쿠스 균주를 탑재한 여과볼을 투입하여 친환경적으로 질소, 인 및 유기물의 함유량을 현저히 감소시킬 수 있다.
