Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a steering system using a hydraulic motor, comprising: a steering wheel operated by a user; a torsion bar having an upper end connected to a lower portion of the steering wheel and a lower end connected to a steering system of a vehicle; a torque sensor provided on the torsion bar to detect a steering torque of the torsion bar applied as the steering wheel rotates and to output a steering torque signal corresponding to the detected steering torque; an angle sensor provided on the torsion bar to detect an angle of the torsion bar applied as the steering wheel rotates and to output an angle signal corresponding to the detected angle; a hydraulic motor provided on the torsion bar to supply a steering assist force to the torsion bar according to a rotation of the torsion bar; and a hydraulic control unit connected to the hydraulic motor through a line through which a fluid flows to supply a hydraulic pressure of a high temperature according to a relative angle difference of the torsion bar to the hydraulic motor. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a steering sensation that is more natural and comfortable than a conventional motor driven power steering (MDPS) device and system, and to enable feedback of a road surface state through a handle in real-time by allowing a drive shaft of the hydraulic motor to form a steering shaft. Also, even if the hydraulic pump is not normally operated, it is possible to perform steering without handle locking. Also, by engaging a swash plate type hydraulic motor, it is possible to control a torque of the hydraulic motor through inclination of a swash plate angle to obtain a large torque (steering assist force) without a reducer structure. In addition, by using a hydraulic actuator with a very high output power per unit mass, the hydraulic motor can be applied to a steering system of a large vehicle.
