APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING SHEET TYPE HEATING ELEMENT

The present invention is a device for manufacturing a planar heating element by inserting a copper clad electrode and a damage preventing band between an insulating base fabric and a coated paper and laminating the same by means of heating and pressing. The present invention relates to the device for manufacturing a planar heating element having a damage preventing layer, comprising: an insulating base fabric supplying roll for supplying an insulating base fabric; a coated paper supplying roll which is installed in an upper side of the insulating base fabric supplying roll and supplies coated papers in the same direction; a copper clad electrode supplying roll which is installed between the insulating base fabric supplying roll and the coated paper supplying roll, and supplies the copper clad electrode in the same direction; a damage preventing band supplying roll which is installed between the insulating base fabric supplying roll and the coated paper supplying roll, and supplies a damage preventing band to be overlapped with a lower part of the copper clad electrode in the same direction; a pressing roller and a heating roller which are supplied from the insulating base fabric supplying roll, the copper clad electrode supplying roll, the damage preventing band supplying roll, and the coated paper supplying roll, and laminate the insulating base fabric, the copper clad electrode, the damage preventing band, and the coated paper by means of pressure and heating. Therefore, the present invention provides the device for manufacturing a planar heating element having a damage preventing layer which inserts the damage preventing band to prevent damage, caused by the copper clad electrode, of a carbon heating unit and a silver unit which are formed in the insulating base fabric by means of the copper clad electrode.
