MATERIAL FOR HEAD LING OF VEHICLE

The present invention provides a material for head lining of a vehicle which can prevent accident, which may occur due to a permanent deformation phenomenon caused by a base material repeatedly absorbing and discharging moisture or due to an increase in weight, by forming the base material with both sides of a chemical fiber layer reinforced with reinforcing layers through which the moisture cannot penetrate to prevent chemical fibers from getting wet. Particularly, the head lining of the present invention is formed by adding a synthetic resin together with the chemical fibers to the chemical fiber layer, so that the structural rigidity of the base material is reinforced to increase the formability and flexural strength of the material. The reinforcing layers are formed by a glass mat and a thermoplastic resin sheet to provide a base material with the structural strength and an adhesive effect without using an adhesive agent to manufacture the head lining of the vehicle. 본 발명은 화학섬유층의 양쪽 면을 습기가 침투하지 못하는 보강층으로 보강하여 기재를 구성하므로, 화학섬유가 습기를 머금는 것을 방지하여 기재가 습기를 머금었다가 배출하는 것을 반복함에 따라 생길 수 있는 영구 변형 현상이나 중량 증가로 발생할 수 있는 안전사고를 미리 방지할 수 있게 한 자동차용 헤드 라이닝 기재를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 화학섬유층에 화학섬유와 함께 합성수지를 첨가하여 구성하므로 기재의 구조적 강성을 보강하여 기재의 성형성과 굴곡 강도를 높이고, 또한 보강층을 글라스 매트와 열가소성 수지 시트로 구성하여 이러한 구조적 강성과 더불어 부착 효과를 얻을 수 있게 하여 접착제를 사용하지 않고 제작할 수 있게 한 자동차용 헤드 라이닝 기재를 제공하는 데 다른 목적이 있다.
