The mud pump is provided at one side adjacent to the tower in the mud tank. 본 발명은 드릴십에 관한 것으로서, 해양에 부유하여 해저를 시추하는 드릴십에 있어서, 드릴링 파이프 및 라이저를 하강시키는 타워; 머드를 저장하는 머드탱크; 및 상기 머드를 펌핑하는 머드펌프를 포함하며, 상기 머드펌프는, 상기 머드탱크에서 상기 타워에 인접한 일측에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
