METHOD FOR STORAGE OF TRIETHANOLAMINE FOR PREVENTING DISCOLORING

Although various methods of solving a discoloration problem of triethanolamine during the storage of triethanolamine are suggested, a method of prescribing a coloration preventing agent during the process or after the process among the methods is a method which is preferred since the method is safe, and additional costs of the method are low. In the existing technology, a prescription during the process has included materials such as hypophosphoric acid and hypophosphorous acid, and a prescription after the process has included materials such as metal-containing activated carbon, hydrazine, and the like.
