Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a preparation method of an electrocatalyst using reduced graphene oxide and Prussian blue, and more specifically, to a growth of Prussian blue and platinum on reduced graphene oxide, and an application of the same as an electrocatalyst in methanol fuel cells. In particular, Prussian blue (PB) nanostructures are grown in situ via electrostatic interaction at an amine-functionalized silicate sol-gel matrix and reduced graphene oxide composite (TPDT-RGO composite) formed on an electrode (ITO), and subsequently, platinum (Pt) nanostructures are electrodeposited thereon to prepare an electrocatalyst of RGO-PB/Pt structure. The electrocatalyst prepared according to the present invention can be used as an electrocatalyst in methanol fuel cells and the like to realize synergistic electrochemical catalytic activity and high stability toward methanol oxidation (MOR).
본 발명은 환원된 산화그래핀과 프루시안 블루를 이용한 전기 촉매의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 전극(ITO)에 형성된 아민으로 기능화된 실리케이트 졸-겔 매트릭스 및 환원된 산화그래핀의 복합체(TPDT-RGO composite) 상에, 프루시안 블루(PB) 나노구조를 정전기적 상호작용에 의해 인시츄(In situ) 성장시키고, 그 위에 백금(Pt) 나노구조를 전착시켜 RGO-PB/Pt 구조의 전기 촉매를 제조함으로써, 메탄올 연료 전지 등의 전기 촉매로 사용시 메탄올 산화 반응(MOR)에 대해 상승적인 전기화학적 촉매 활성과 높은 안정성을 구현할 수 있는, 환원된 산화그래핀 상에의 프루시안 블루와 백금의 성장 및 이것의 메탄올 연료 전지 전기 촉매로의 활용에 관한 것이다. |
