Zusammenfassung:The present specification relates to a low sugar sweetening agent prepared by means of combining a saccharide mixture with a high-intensity sweetener, and to a food composition comprising the same. According to the present invention, sugars are combined with high-intensity sweeteners to produce a low sugar sweetening agent having sensory properties similar to table sugar and high fructose corn syrup, wherein the sugars comprise two or more selected from high fructose corn syrup, table sugar, starch syrup, and oligosaccharides; and the high-intensity sweeteners comprise two or more selected from sucralose, steviol glycoside, and enzymatically treated stevia. The low sugar sweetening agent of the present invention may be used as sweetening material in foods such as beverages, dairy products, liquid coffee, sauce, jams, and baked goods to thereby effectively reduce the sugar content in comparison with pre-existing products that use table sugar or high fructose corn syrup alone, without causing change in sensory experience. 본 명세서에는 혼합당 및 고감미료의 혼합 기술을 이용한 저당함량 감미제 및 이를 포함하는 식품 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 액상과당, 설탕, 물엿 및 올리고당 중에서 선택되는 어느 둘 이상을 포함하는 당과 수크랄로스, 스테비올배당체 및 효소처리 스테비아에서 선택되는 어느 둘 이상을 포함하는 고감미료를 혼합하여 설탕 및 액상과당과 유사한 관능을 보유한 저당함량 감미제를 제조함으로써, 음료, 유제품, 액상커피, 소스, 잼류 및 제과 등의 식품에 감미제 원료로 사용하여 설탕 또는 액상과당만 사용한 기존 제품 대비하여 관능적 차이가 없이 당함량을 유용하게 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
