Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a ferrule unit for an optical connector. More specifically, a fiber holder including inserted optical fibers is pushed and coupled to a ferrule body in order to enable easy assembly of the ferrule unit for an air gap type optical connector without using an epoxy adhesive while employing a simple structure to enable easy manufacturing. According to the present invention, the ferrule unit for an optical connector includes: a fiber holder which has an optical fiber insert hole formed in a through shape in a longitudinal direction and has a front end cut in a longitudinal direction to form an engaging chuck; and a ferrule body which has a holder insert hole formed in a through shape in a longitudinal direction and have the engaging chuck inserted and coupled into the holder insert hole while the optical fibers are inserted into the fiber holder. 본 발명은 광커넥터용 페룰에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 광섬유가 삽입된 파이버 홀더를 페룰 바디에 푸시 결합함으로써 에어 갭 타입 광커넥터용 페룰을 에폭시 접착을 이용하지 않고서 용이하게 조립할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 구조가 간단하여 제작이 용이한 광커넥터용 페룰에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 광커넥터용 페룰은, 길이방향으로 관통된 광파이버 삽입홀이 형성되고, 전단부가 길이방향으로 절개되어 물림척이 형성된 파이버 홀더와, 길이방향으로 관통된 홀더 삽입홀이 형성되고, 상기 파이버 홀더에 광파이버가 삽입된 상태에서 상기 물림척이 상기 홀더 삽입홀에 삽입되어 결합되는 페룰 바디가 포함된 것을 특징으로 한다.
