Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a ventilation device and a manufacturing method thereof. The ventilation device comprises: an outlet, a fixing portion, a cover portion, and a composite nonwoven fabric in which a pressed nonwoven fabric is attached to an entire upper surface of a felt nonwoven fabric. The manufacturing method of the ventilation device comprises: (S100) a fixing portion mounting step of inserting a fixing anchor into an upper end of one side of a vertical wall surface to mount a fixing portion; (S200) a composite nonwoven fabric insertion step of inserting an upper end of a composite nonwoven fabric cut to the predetermined width into a concave groove of the fixing portion; (S300) a pressed nonwoven fabric cutting step of cutting a pressed nonwoven fabric located on an upper surface of the felt nonwoven fabric to have a shape corresponding to the height of an outlet; (S400) an integration step of integrally forming the fixing portion with a cover portion; (S500) a ventilation path composition step of partially attaching the composite nonwoven fabric of which the upper end is inserted to a wall surface to be connected to a ventilation layer (ventilation path) of a waterproof floor; and (S600) a waterproof flooring material application step of applying a waterproof flooring material such that a front surface of the composite nonwoven fabric partially attached to the wall surface is integrally formed with the waterproof floor and wall surface.
