Semiconductor device including a dielectric layer

Provided is a semiconductor element including a dielectric layer and capable of improving cell scattering characteristics. The semiconductor element comprises: a laminated structure; and a vertical structure in the laminated structure. The vertical structure has a lower area with a first width and an upper area with a second width larger than the first width.
