The present invention relates to a ceiling-mounted overpressure vent which can be directly installed to a ceiling of a building after removing a panel for finishing without perforating a wall body or performing a cutting operation, thereby simplifying an installation process of the overpressure vent, and reducing installation time and costs. Accordingly, the ceiling-mounted overpressure vent comprises: a ceiling coupling portion having a hanger fixed to the ceiling by a hanger bolt, a carrying channel suspended by the hanger to be supported thereby and horizontally extending, and an M-shaped support bar crossing perpendicularly to the carrying channel; and the overpressure vent installed on the ceiling coupling portion. The overpressure vent comprises: a main body formed by penetrating between an upper part and a lower part; an opening and closing plate installed to be able to rotate in a rotary shaft installed in the main body and opened and closed by the pressure; and a coupling plate extending from a lower end portion of the main body and fixated to the M-shaped support bar of the ceiling coupling portion. 본 발명은 천장설치형 과압배출구에 관한 것으로, 건물의 천장에 설치된 마감용 패널을 제거한 상태에서 별도의 벽체 타공이나 절단작업 없이 곧바로 설치할 수 있도록 하여 과압배출구의 설치공정이 간편하고 설치에 따른 비용 및 소요시간을 절감할 수 있는 천장설치형 과압배출구에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 행거볼트에 의해 천장에 고정되는 행거와, 상기 행거에 걸려져 지지되고 평행하게 연장되는 캐링채널과, 상기 캐링채널에 직각으로 교차되어 고정되는 M자형 지지바;로 이루어지는 천장결합부와, 상기 천장결합부에 설치되는 과압배출구를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 과압배출구는; 상하부로 관통형성되는 본체와, 상기 본체 내부에 설치된 회전축에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 압력에 의해 개폐가 이루어지는 개폐판과, 상기 본체의 하단부에 연장형성되어 천장결합부의 M자형 지지바에 고정되는 결합판으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
