The present invention relates to a method for producing source materials containing cosmetics or medical polylactic acid (PLA), and more particularly, to a method for producing source materials containing cosmetics or medical PLA, which does not cause side effects or does not require additional removal surgery as the cosmetics and medical products are biodegraded after performing certain functions in vivo, and which can prevent a foreign matter reaction, which is a chronic problem of a non-degradable polymer by using the characteristics of the biodegradable polymer produced by processing the PLA, which is synthesized by using monomers obtained from corn and potato starch, as the source materials. 본 발명은 화장품 또는 의료용 폴리락틱산(Polylactic Acid, PLA) 함유 원료 물질의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 옥수수 및 감자의 전분으로 얻어진 단량체를 이용하여 합성된 폴리락틱산(Polylactic Acid, PLA)을 원료물질로 가공하여 제조하여 생체분해성 고분자의 특성을 이용하면 화장품 및 의료제품이 생체 내에서 일정한 기능을 다한 후 생분해되므로 부작용이나 별도의 제거 수술이 필요 없고 비분해성 고분자의 고질적 문제인 이물질 반응을 방지할 수 있는 화장품 또는 의료용 폴리락틱산 함유 원료 물질의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
