Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a semiconductor ink composition comprising single walled carbon nanotubes, and a printing thin film transistor using the same. According to the present invention, the semiconductor ink composition can significantly improve semiconductor properties of single walled carbon nanotube by using a chopping process and has properties suitable for ink dispersion stability of single walled carbon nanotubes in a printing process. 본 발명은 단일벽탄소나노튜브를 포함하는 반도체잉크조성물 및 이를 이용한 인쇄박막트랜지스터에 관한 것으로, 쵸핑 공정을 이용하여 단일벽탄소나노튜브의 반도체 특성을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있으며, 인쇄공정에서 단일벽탄소나노튜브의 잉크 분산 안정성에 적합한 특성을 가지는 효과가 있다.
