Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for the detection of bacteria causing food poisoning by using gene amplification and a kit used in the method. The method of the present invention extracts nucleic acid from a sample and performs molecular concentration through whole genome amplification (WGA) reaction, thereby rapidly and accurately detecting a small amount of bacteria contaminating fish slices for eating raw and causing food poisoning. 본 발명은 유전자 증폭 방법을 이용한 식중독 유발 세균의 검출 방법 및 이 방법에 사용되는 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 시료로부터 핵산을 추출하고, 추출된 미량의 핵산을 WGA (Whole Genome Amplification) 반응을 통해 분자농축을 함으로써, 횟감으로 사용되는 생선에 오염된 미량의 식중독 유발 세균을 정확하고 신속하게 검출할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
