Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a new variety of rice with high content of anthocyanin, a method for breeding the new rice variety with high content of anthocyanin including a step for artificially breeding Hanarum rice (a specific variety of rice) and early picked glutinous black rice, and a method for cultivating rice with increased content of anthocyanin including a step for cultivating the new rice variety. The new rice variety contains anthocyanin, which is highly antioxidant functional substance, 2.5 times higher than early picked glutinous black rice, thereby highly applicable as healthy foods such as mixed steamed rice. In addition, the new rice variety can also be useful for processing various functional foods such as production of black rice chocolate. 본 발명은 안토시아닌 고함유 신품종 벼, 한아름벼와 조생흑찰벼를 인공교배하는 단계를 포함하는 상기 안토시아닌 고함유 신품종 벼의 육종방법 및 상기 신품종 벼를 재배하는 단계를 포함하는 안토시아닌의 함량이 증가된 벼의 재배방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신품종 벼는 항산화활성이 높은 기능성 물질 안토시아닌의 함량이 조생흑찰에 비하여 2.5배 정도 높아 혼반 등의 건강식으로 매우 활용성이 높고, 흑미 초콜릿제조 등의 다양한 기능성 식품 가공에도 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
