Hydraulic cylinder apparatus provided with improved fixing structure of piston

The present invention relates to a hydraulic cylinder apparatus with an improved piston fixating structure, capable of effectively preventing a piston from being loosened. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a rod installed inside a hollow cylinder to reciprocate in a longitudinal direction of the cylinder and having a male screw part formed on one end part; a piston coupled to the one end part of the rod to move with the rod when reciprocating the rod; and a piston nut installed to press the piston to prevent the piston from being out of the rod and having a female screw part fastened to the male screw part of the rod. Moreover, the apparatus comprises: a stopper groove part having a groove part with a concave cross section extended and formed along the circumference of the rod; a set screw coupling hole penetrating the inner circumferential surface from the outer circumferential surface of the piston nut, formed in a radial direction of the piston rod, and having a female screw part formed on the inner circumferential surface; a stopper coupled to the stopper groove part and received inside the set screw coupling hole; and a set screw screw-coupled to the set screw coupling hole and disposed to press the top of the stopper. 본 발명에 따른 피스톤의 고정 구조가 개선된 유압 실린더 장치는, 중공의 실린더 내에 설치되어 그 실린더의 길이 방향으로 왕복이동 가능하며 외주면 일단부에 수나사부가 구비된 로드; 상기 로드의 왕복 이동시에 그 로드와 함께 이동되도록 상기 로드의 일단부에 결합 되는 피스톤; 및 상기 피스톤이 상기 로드로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 피스톤을 가압하도록 설치되며, 상기 로드의 수나사부에 체결되는 암나사부를 가지는 피스톤 너트를 포함한 유압 실린더 장치에 있어서, 상기 로드의 둘레를 따라 오목한 형상의 단면을 가진 홈부가 연장되어 형성된 스토퍼 홈부; 상기 피스톤 너트의 외주면으로부터 내주면을 관통하며 상기 피스톤 너트의 반지름 방향으로 형성되며 내주면에는 암나사부가 구비된 세트 스크루 결합공; 상기 스토퍼 홈부에 결합 되며 헤드부가 상기 세트 스크루 결합공의 내부에 수용된 스토퍼; 및 상기 세트 스크루 결합공에 나사 결합 되며 상기 스토퍼의 상단을 가압하도록 배치된 세트 스크루;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
