The manufacturing method of N,N-(di)alkylaminoalkyl(meth)acrylamide or N,N-(di)alkylaminoalkyl(meth)acrylate of a formula (I) has the compound of the formula (IV) in an amount of less than 1200 ppm which has an oxygen concentration of less than 1000 ppm in a liquid phase at one or more constitution steps of manufacturing. 본 발명은 저함량의 식 (IV) 에 상응하는 화합물을 갖는 N,N-(디)알킬아미노알킬(메트)아크릴아미드 또는 N,N-(디)알킬아미노알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 그 4 차 암모늄 염의 제조 방법을 기재한다.
