Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a high-vacuum die casting mold and a manufacturing method of a yoke unit for an ISG system using the same. According to the present invention, the high-vacuum die casting mold comprises: a fixing mold and a moving mold provided to be closely attached to each other and forming a cavity; an overflow chamber connected to the top of the cavity; a pipe-shaped sleeve coupled to the fixing mold and formed with a molten metal insertion hole; a plunger having a pressing surface and installed to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the sleeve within the sleeve; an eject plate disposed to be able to move forward and backward with respect to the moving mold; and a plurality of eject pins slidably inserted into the moving mold, and fixed to the eject plate at one end portion thereof, thereby capable of preventing leakage and bubbles. 본 발명은 고진공 다이캐스팅 금형 및 그를 이용한 ISG 시스템용 요크 유닛의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상호 밀착되어 캐비티를 형성하는 고정 금형 및 가동 금형, 상기 캐비티의 상측에 연결되는 오버플로어챔버, 상기 고정 금형에 결합되며 용탕 투입구가 형성된 파이프형의 슬리브, 가압면을 가지며 상기 슬리브 내에 그 슬리브의 길이방향을 따라 이동 가능하게 설치된 플런저, 상기 가동 금형에 대해 전진 및 후퇴 가능하게 배치된 이젝트플레이트, 상기 가동 금형에 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되고 일단부가 상기 이젝트플레이트에 고정된 다수의 이젝트핀을 포함한다.
