Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a thermal bridge blocking material, which continuously forms insulators on a portion where insulators installed on an outer side or an inner side of a wall are disconnected. The manufacturing method of a thermal bridge blocking material comprises: a step of arranging one end of an insulation bar and a first reinforcing bar on a straight line to come in contact with each other, and rotating any one among the first reinforcing bar and the insulation bar to produce frictional heat; a step of compressing the first reinforcing bar and the insulation bar to form an insulation reinforcing bar when a temperature of a contact surface of the first reinforcing bar and the insulation bar rises to a melting point of the first reinforcing bar and the insulation bar or higher; a step of arranging a pair of insulation reinforcing bars side by side, and welding an insulation support bar to support a gap between the insulation reinforcing bars to form an insulation support body; a step of inserting the insulation support body into an insulator with a plurality of long holes formed in a vertical direction to position the insulation support bar inwards; and a step of injecting foam into the long holes to fix the insulation support body. 벽체의 외측이나 내측에 설치되는 단열재가 단절되는 부분에 연속하여 단열재를 형성하도록 하는 열교차단재를 제조하는 제조방법이 제공된다. 열교차단재의 제조방법은, 제1 철근과 단열봉의 일단부가 서로 접하도록 일직선 상에 배치하고, 제1 철근과 단열봉 중 어느 하나를 회전하여 마찰열을 발생시키는 단계, 제1 철근과 단열봉의 접촉면의 온도가 제1 철근과 단열봉의 융점 이상으로 상승하면 제1 철근과 단열봉을 압착하여 단열철근을 형성하는 단계, 단열철근 한 쌍을 서로 나란히 배치하고 사이를 지지하도록 단열지지봉을 용접하여 단열지지체를 형성하는 단계, 세로방향으로 복수 개의 장공이 형성된 단열재에 상기 단열지지봉이 내측에 위치하도록 단열지지체를 삽입하는 단계, 장공에 발포체를 주입하여 단열지지체를 고정하는 단계를 포함한다.
