The present invention relates to a body protective garment, and more specifically, to a body protective garment, which has a protective garment having an armor-shape and detachably installed inside an outer cover of an upper garment, has buffering buoyancy members installed inside front and rear covers of the protective garment, has a plurality of rigid pieces installed on an outer surface of the front cover to be overlapped, thereby protecting the body of a wearer of the body protective garment when the wearer is pierced by a stick or is hit by a club, enables the wearer to be floated on water by the buffering buoyancy members when the wearer falls into water, allows the outer cover of the upper garment to be easily washed since the upper garment is divided into the protective garment and the outer cover of the upper garment, and has upper and lower garments connected to a connection part used as a grip to allow a savior to easily rescue the wearer while grasping the connection part used as a grip when the wearer faints. 본 발명은 신체방호복에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상의외피의 내부에 갑옷형태의 보호복을 분리가능하게 설치하되, 보호복은 전후면외피의 내부에 완충부력부재를 설치하고, 전면외피의 외부면에는 다수개의 단단한 경질편을 겹쳐지게 설치하여 본 발명의 착용자를 꼬챙이로 찌르거나 몽둥이로 때리는 경우에 착용자의 신체를 보호할 수 있게 하고, 착용자가 물에 빠지는 경우에는 완충부력부재에 의해 물위에 떠있을 수 있도록 하며, 상의가 보호복과 상의외피로 분리되어 상의외피의 세탁이 용이하게 하고, 상하의는 손잡이겸 연결부에 연결되어 착용자가 실신한 경우에 구조자가 손잡이겸 연결부를 잡고서 용이하게 구조할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명은 상의외피(3)의 내측에 보호복(10)이 착탈식으로 설치되는 상의(2)와, 하의(4)로 분리 구성되는 신체방호복(1)에 있어서, 상기 상의외피(3)는 공지된 작업복 상의 형태로 형성되며, 상측에 목커버부(7)가 형성되고, 상의외피(3)의 양측 하방에 다리의 양측 상부를 커버하는 하향연장부(6)가 형성되며, 하의(4)의 양측에는 손잡이겸 연결대(5)의 양측 하부가 재봉으로 결합되고, 손잡이겸 연결대(5)의 상부가 하향연장부(6)의 외측과 매직테이프(M)에 의해 착탈가능하게 결합 설치되며, 상기 보호복(10)은 중앙부가 상하로 지퍼(16)에 의해 개폐되는 전면판(19)과, 양측 어깨부분에서 전면판(19)과 연결되며 양측이 매직테이프(M)로서 착탈되는 후면판(20)을 포함하며, 전면판(19)의 중앙하부에는 패드(24)에 경질커버(25)가 설치된 낭심보호대(26)가 매직테이프(M)에 의해 착탈 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 전면판(19)과 후면판(20)에 포함되는 보호본체(11)는 전후면외피(12,13)의 사이에 다수 매의 부력포지를 적층시켜 구성된 완충부력부재(14)가 삽입 설치되고, 어깨부(23)의 경우도 보호본체(11)와 동일하게 상하외피(22)의 사이에 완충부력부재(14)가 삽입 설치되어 구성되며, 전후면판(19,20)의 외부면에는 다수의 경질편(15)이 겹쳐지게 설치되고, 어깨부(23)에 포함되는 상부외피의 상부에도 수개의 어깨보호대(21)를 겹쳐지게 설치하되, 각각의 경질편(15)과 어깨보호대(21)는 일측만 전면외피(12)과 상부외피에 바느질이나 접착제에 의해 각각 부착되고, 비부착된 타단부는 부착부분 위에 겹쳐지게 설치되며, 전면판(19)의 중앙부에는 내부에 경질판(17)이 삽입 설치된 중앙덮개(18)가 지퍼(16)를 커버하게 일측은 재봉으로 보호본체(11) 외부면에 결합되고, 타측 개방부분은 또 다른 매직테이프(M)에 의해 지퍼(16)가 설치되는 중앙 부분을 커버하게 설치되는 구성이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
