SANDING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a sanding device, and more specifically, to a sanding device, which is easily used by allowing setting data of the sanding device to be easily input and controlled, allows valves for sand injection nozzles to be easily turned on/off through a touch panel only by a simple operation, thereby securing more convenient work, and allows a product to be temporarily stopped even without rotation in a part where the product is drawn out or is newly placed while being in a uniformly sanded state while the product positioned in a sanding section is rotated, thereby securing convenience in handling the device and the product. According to a characteristic of the present invention, in the sanding device performing a sanding procedure to a product (101) inside a device main body (11) having an enclosure-shape, the device main body (11) comprises a rotary table (20) and a product rotating table (30). The rotary table (20) comprises: a sanding space (12) as a space separated from the outside and allowing the sanding procedure to be performed to the product (101) therein; and an in-out area (13) for placing and drawing out the product (101) to perform the sanding procedure. The rotary table (20) has a circular shape and is rotated to allow the product (101) positioned at an upper part thereof to be moved between the in-out area (13) and the sanding space (12). The product rotating table (30) is rotated together with the product (101) in the sanding space (12) while the rotary table (20) is rotated. 본 발명은 샌딩장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 손쉽게 샌딩장치의 설정데이터를 입력하여 제어할 수 있어 사용이 편리하고, 아울러 모래의 분사 노즐용 밸브들을 터치패널을 통해 손쉽게 간단한 조작만으로도 ON/OFF 작동을 할 수 있어 작업이 더욱 편리하게 되고, 샌딩구간에 위치된 제품이 회전하여 고른 샌딩 상태를 이루면서 제품을 꺼내거나 새로 놓는 부분에서는 제품의 회전이 없으면서도 이동도 일시 정지하도록 하여 장치 및 제품을 다루기가 편리하도록 구비된 샌딩장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은 함체 형상의 장치본체(11) 내에서 제품(101)에 대해 샌딩과정을 이루는 샌딩장치에 있어서, 상기 장치본체(11)는, 외부와 격리되고 제품(101)에 대한 샌딩과정이 이루지는 공간인 샌딩공간(12)과, 샌딩과정을 위해 제품(101)을 놓고 꺼내기 위한 인아웃영역(13)을 포함하고, 원형 형태를 이루고 상부로 위치되는 제품(101)이 인아웃영역(13)과 샌딩공간(12) 사이에서 이동되도록 회전되는 회동테이블(20); 및 상기 회동테이블(20)의 다수 곳에 구비되어 제품(101)이 놓이는 제품회전테이블(30)을 포함하며, 상기 제품회전테이블(30)은, 회동테이블(20)이 회전하는 중에, 샌딩공간(12)에서 제품(101)과 함께, 제품회전테이블(30)을 중심으로 하여 회전되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
