Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to stearoyl-CoA desaturase derived from Antarctic copepoda tigriopus kingsejongensis and a purpose thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to stearoyl-CoA desaturase (delta 9 fatty acid desaturase; SCD) derived from Antarctic copepoda tigriopus kingsejongensis and an unsaturated fatty acid manufacturing method using the same.
