Zusammenfassung:	A vibration-isolating fastening member and a vehicle actuator fastening device having the same are disclosed. The vehicle actuator fastening device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first coupling portion provided on an actuator and having an axis coupling hole; a second coupling portion provided in a counterpart object on which the actuator is mounted, and having a mounting groove being penetrated; and a vibration-isolating fastening member formed of an elastic material so as to mediate coupling between the first and second coupling portions. The vibration-isolating fastening member includes: a first fastening portion having a shaft part coupled to the axis coupling hole of the first coupling portion; and a second fastening portion provided integrally with the first fastening portion and having an engagement protrusion which is inserted into the mounting groove of the second coupling portion and then restrained by rotation. 방진체결부재 및 이를 갖춘 차량 엑츄에이터 체결장치를 제시한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 차량 엑츄에이터 체결장치는 엑츄에이터에 마련되며 축결합공을 갖춘 제1결합부; 엑츄에이터가 장착되는 상대물에 마련되며 관통된 장착홈을 갖춘 제2결합부; 및 제1결합부와 제2결합부의 결합을 매개하며 탄성재질로 마련된 방진체결부재;를 포함하고, 방진체결부재는 제1결합부의 축결합공에 결합되는 축부를 갖춘 제1체결부; 및 제1체결부와 일체로 마련되고 제2결합부의 장착홈에 진입 후 회전에 의해 결속되는 걸림턱을 갖춘 제2체결부;를 포함한다.
