SOLENOID USING VOICE COIL OF HIGH SPEED HANDLER PICK-UP HEAD

The present invention relates to a device which has a drive manner that has been enhanced to a direct coupling system from a drive manner for vertically and horizontally rotating a drive shaft such that a drive shaft for picking up a product can be directly operated by operation of a voice coil electromagnet, and more specifically, relates to a solenoid using a voice coil of a high-speed handler pick-up head which stably operates a pick-up head due to minimal vibrations through minimization of the weight, the volume, and the number of components, thereby making high speed and simultaneously improving productivity and economic efficiency. 본 발명은 제품을 픽업하는 구동축이 보이스 코일 전자석의 작동에 의해 직접 작동할 수 있도록 구동축의 상하작동 및 좌우회전을 위한 구동방식을 직결방식으로 개량한 것으로서, 중량, 부피 및 부품 수의 최소화를 통해 진동의 최소화로 픽업 헤드의 안정적인 작동이 이루어져 고속화를 도모하면서 생산성과 경제성을 향상한 고속 핸들러 픽업 헤드의 보이스 코일을 이용한 솔레노이드에 관한 것이다.
