The present invention relates to a grading and, more specifically, relates to a grading for high load bearing with an anti-slip structure, comprising: a pair of longitudinal supports (120); a transverse reinforcement bar (140) arranged at regular intervals while transversely crossing between the longitudinal supports (120), and having a cross-section with a rectangular shape without a side, wherein an opening thereof faces downward; and an auxiliary reinforcement bar (142) formed in a planar shape and installed upright on a central portion in the transverse reinforcement bar (140). Accordingly, the grating of the present invention is capable of bearing a high load. In addition, on an upper end of the auxiliary reinforcement bar (142), a friction protrusion portion (143) is formed such that the friction protrusion portion (143) penetrates the transverse reinforcement bar (140) and protrudes upward.
