Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a smart safety helmet and a smart safety helmet system. The smart safety helmet may comprise: a main body worn on a head of a wearer and protecting the head from external shock; a wireless communication module formed in the main body to perform wireless communications with the outside; a power supply unit supplying power to the wireless communication module; and a wearing string formed of a string surrounding and supporting a jaw of the wearer from both sides of the main body to fixate the main body to the head of the wearer and forming a microphone and an earphone connected to the wireless communication module to transmit and receive voice signals to and from the outside by wireless communications.
