Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a rolling tube using a shape memory alloy, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, a shape of an exterior material can be restored to an original shape by a vehicle engine or an external temperature when the exterior material is deformed by an external impact by using a fabric in which a shape memory alloy wire and a synthetic resin yarn made of a polyamide (PA) or a polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and the like cross each other and then are knitted. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: storing a shape memory alloy wire in a long wire shape in a round O shape or a vortex shape at an austenite phase transformation temperature, lowering the same to a martensite phase transformation temperature by the cooling, and then forming the same as a yarn in a - shape; knitting the shape memory alloy wire in a martensitic phase state and a synthetic resin yarn with a knitting machine to produce a knitted fabric; and cutting the knitted fabric by a required length, and then rolling the same in a round O shape or a vortex shape.
본 발명은 형상기억합금 와이어와 PA 또는 PET 등으로 이루어진 합성수지사를 서로 교차하여 편직한 직물을 이용함으로써, 외장재의 형태가 외부 충격에 의해 변형시 차량 엔진이나 외부 온도에 의해 원래형상으로 원상복구가 가능하도록 한 형상기억합금을 이용한 롤링튜브 및 그 제조방법으로, 긴 와어이 형태의 형상기억합금 와이어를 오스테나이트(austenite)상 변태온도에서 둥근"O"형 또는 와류형상으로 기억시킨 다음 냉각에 의해 마르텐사이트(martensite)상 변태온도로 낮춘 후 "-"자 형태의 실로 만드는 단계와, 상기 마르텐사이트 상태의 형상기억합금 와이어에 합성수지사를 편직기로 직조하여 편직물을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 편직물을 필요길이로 절단한 다음 둥근"O"형 또는 와류형상으로 말아서 롤링튜브를 제조한다. |
