Engine with Variable Air By-Pass Valve

The present invention relates to an engine with a variable air bypass valve. The engine with the variable air bypass valve comprises: a valve sheet fixed to the inner circumferential surface of a connection duct, which connects a first duct communicating with an intake chamber for storing air required for combustion of fuel and supplying the air to a combustion chamber and a second duct for supplying exhaust gas discharged from the combustion chamber to a turbocharger, and having an opening and closing hole at the center; an opening and closing part installed inside the connection duct and linearly moving to open and close the opening and closing hole or adjust the opening degree of the opening and closing hole; a first housing having a predetermined space; a drive shaft having one side connected to the opening and closing part and the other side disposed inside the first housing; a limiter coupled to be rotated to the drive shaft and moving within the first housing to limit the movement distance of the opening and closing part; and an actuator for moving the opening and closing part. The limiter is screwed to the drive shaft to adjust the movement distance of the opening and closing part. According to the present invention, the opening degree of the valve can be adjusted depending on the operating condition of the engine. 본 발명은 연료의 연소에 필요한 공기를 저장하였다가 연소실로 공급하는 흡기챔버와 연통된 제1덕트 및 연소실에서 배출되는 배기가스를 터보차저로 공급하기 위한 제2덕트를 연통시키는 연결덕트의 내주면에 고정되고 중앙부에 개폐공이 형성된 밸브시트, 상기 연결덕트의 내부에 설치되며, 직선운동하여 상기 개폐공을 개폐하거나 상기 개폐공의 개방 정도를 조절하는 개폐부, 소정 공간을 갖는 제1하우징, 일측은 상기 개폐부에 연결되고 타측은 상기 제1하우징의 내부에 위치된 구동축, 상기 구동축에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 상기 제1하우징 내부에서 이동하여 상기 개폐부의 이동거리를 제한하는 리미터 및 상기 개폐부를 운동시키기 위한 액추에이터를 포함하고, 상기 리미터는 상기 개폐부의 이동거리가 조절되도록 상기 구동축에 나사 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변형 에어 바이패스 밸브가 설치된 엔진에 관한 것이다.
