Robot Dispenser

The present invention relates to a robot dispenser which adjusts the discharging direction of a liquid substance by various degrees to direct the liquid substance to a target location in various shapes precisely when discharging the liquid substance to the target location after approaching a mount means mounting a product such as a mount component of a camera or a smartphone. More specifically, the robot dispenser includes: a discharging means which discharges a liquid substance to the target point of the product mounted on the mount means; and a moving means which moves the discharging means in a direction toward the mount means. The robot dispenser also includes: a support means including a first frame installed on the front part of the moving means and a second frame which is mounted to the first frame in a direction parallel to the vertical direction of the mount means while having a through-hole formed in a front-rear direction; and a first link unit which has an end fixed to a side of the discharging means and a center part mounted on the through-hole of the second frame to have the other end connected to a driving shaft of a first driving unit. The first link unit rotates when being driven by the first driving means to vary the liquid substance discharging direction of the discharging means. 본 발명은 카메라나 핸드폰의 실장부품과 같은 제품이 거치되는 거치수단 상으로 접근하여 제품의 목표 지점에 액상 물질을 토출할 때에, 다양한 형태를 가지고 있는 목표 지점에 정확하고 다양한 각도로 액상 물질을 토출할 수 있는 토출 방향 조절 가능한 로봇 디스펜서에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 거치수단 상에 거치된 제품의 목표 지점에 액상 물질을 토출시키는 토출수단과, 상기 토출수단을 상기 거치수단 상에 접근하는 방향으로 이동시키는 이동수단을 포함하는 로봇 디스펜서로서, 상기 이동수단에 전방으로 설치되는 제1 프레임과, 상기 제1 프레임에 상기 거치수단 상의 수직방향과 나란하게 장착되면서 전후 방향으로 관통홀이 형성된 제2 프레임을 포함하는 지지수단과, 일단이 상기 토출수단의 일측에 고정되면서 중앙이 상기 제2 프레임의 관통홀에 장착되어 타단이 제1 구동수단의 구동축에 연결된 제1 링크유닛을 포함하여, 상기 제1 구동수단의 구동에 의해 상기 제1 링크유닛이 회전됨으로써, 상기 토출수단의 액상 물질 토출 방향이 가변될 수 있는 토출 방향 조절 가능한 로봇 디스펜서를 제시한다.
