Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing anhydrosugar alcohol by using biosugar. More specifically, in regard to a method of converting hydride sugar into anhydrosugar alcohol by making a dehydrating reaction to the hydride sugar, a product, which is made by making a hydrogenating reaction to a biosugar mixture derived from biomass, is used as at least one part of the hydride sugar, and then, a generated anhydrosugar alcohol mixture is distilled. As such, the present invention is capable of reducing costs for the purification and separation of the biosugar mixture derived from biomass, thereby improving an economic feasibility and manufacturing anhydrosugar alcohol with a high yield and high purity.
본 발명은 바이오 당을 이용한 무수당 알코올의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 수소화 당을 탈수 반응시켜 무수당 알코올로 전환하는 방법에 있어서, 바이오 매스로부터 유래된 바이오 당 혼합물을 수첨 반응시킨 결과물을 상기 수소화 당의 적어도 일부로 사용하고, 생성된 무수당 알코올 혼합물을 증류함으로써, 바이오 매스에서 유래된 바이오 당 혼합물의 분리 및 정제에 소요되는 비용을 절감하여 경제성이 향상되고, 고수율 및 고순도의 무수당 알코을 제조할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. |
