Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an assay for diagnosing various types of diseases, consisting of: a composition containing a mass tag and a detection antibody; a target biomarker; and a capture antibody. The mass tag shows photolytic properties, and has a structure capable of altering types of mass converters, thereby being useful for multi-analysis. In addition, ensuring high accuracy in general analysis as well as in multi-analysis, the assay of the present invention can replace existing enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). 질량 태그와 검출 항체를 포함하는 조성물, 타겟 바이오마커; 및 포획 항체를 포함하는 각종 질병의 진단을 위한 어세이를 제공한다. 질량 태그는 광분해 특성을 가지며 질량 변화기의 종류를 변화시킬 수 있는 구조를 가지기 때문에 다중 분석에 유용하다. 또한 분석 및 다중 분석에 있어서 높은 정확도를 제공하여 종래의 ELISA법을 충분히 대체할 수 있다.
