According to the present invention, the optical film protects a surface of a barrier film and has excellent anti-static function to prevent foreign substances from being attached by static electricity generated when the optical film is separated during a process. 본 출원은, 광학 필름, 상기 광학 필름의 제조 방법, 배리어 필름의 표면 보호 방법 및 유기발광전자장치의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 출원의 광학 필름은, 배리어 필름의 표면을 보호하고, 대전 방지 기능이 우수하여, 공정 중 박리 시 발생되는 정전기에 의한 이물질의 부착을 방지하는 광학 필름을 제공할 수 있다.
