본 발명은 난연성 및 내마모성이 우수하여 차량용 매트의 물성을 만족함은 물론 친환경적이고 재활용할 수 있는 차량용 매트의 시트층, 원단층 및 접착층을 제조하기 위해 폴리올레핀계 수지를 이용한 소재 단일화를 통해 재활용 가능한 차량용 매트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머 및 폴리프로필렌이 혼합 비율 1:1로 포함되는 수지 혼합물을 제조하는 제1 단계와, 상기 수지 혼합물에 발포제를 첨가하고 발포하여 하층 시트부를 제조하는 제2 단계와, 폴리프로필렌 원사를 이용하여 상층 카펫부를 제조하는 제3 단계 및 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머로 제조된 핫멜트 필름 접착제를 이용하여 상기 하층 시트부 및 상층 카펫부를 합지하는 제4 단계를 포함하는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다. |
