Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a mat for a vehicle which is recyclable through material unification by using polyolefin resin to manufacture a sheet layer, a fabric layer and an adhesive layer of a mat for a vehicle, which is environmentally-friendly and recyclable and which also satisfies properties of the mat for a vehicle by having excellent flame retardancy and abrasion resistance, and a manufacturing method thereof. The technical point of the present invention is to include: a first step of manufacturing a resin compound in which polyolefin elastomer and polypropylene are mixed at a mixing ratio of 1 : 1; a second step of manufacturing a lower sheet unit by foaming by adding a foaming agent to the resin compound; a third step of manufacturing an upper layer carpet unit by using polypropylene yarn; and a fourth step of laminating the lower sheet unit and the upper layer carpet unit by using a hot melt film adhesive made of polyolefin-based elastomer. 본 발명은 난연성 및 내마모성이 우수하여 차량용 매트의 물성을 만족함은 물론 친환경적이고 재활용할 수 있는 차량용 매트의 시트층, 원단층 및 접착층을 제조하기 위해 폴리올레핀계 수지를 이용한 소재 단일화를 통해 재활용 가능한 차량용 매트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머 및 폴리프로필렌이 혼합 비율 1:1로 포함되는 수지 혼합물을 제조하는 제1 단계와, 상기 수지 혼합물에 발포제를 첨가하고 발포하여 하층 시트부를 제조하는 제2 단계와, 폴리프로필렌 원사를 이용하여 상층 카펫부를 제조하는 제3 단계 및 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머로 제조된 핫멜트 필름 접착제를 이용하여 상기 하층 시트부 및 상층 카펫부를 합지하는 제4 단계를 포함하는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
